Exchange & Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products (stationery, planners, and paper goods), we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 1-5 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

We reserve the right to decline replacement requests that fall outside the time window or are missing proof of issue.
